Florida DOT required continuous, fault-tolerant infrastructure to support 24/7 express toll operations, the 511 website and statewide video streaming for public access and traffic awareness. The systems needed to remain operational and secure across thousands of endpoints, while serving millions of commuters daily.

SOLUTION

Futurebound led the design, deployment, and long-term maintenance of intelligent transportation systems across I-595 Express and the FL511 statewide video network. This included high-speed LAN/WAN networks, private cloud infrastructure, operator environments, and high-availability video streaming from over 3,500 CCTV sources.
